After spending over 10 years at an International Brokerage Firm, Bill founded White Space Advisors in 2005 to provide conflict-free representation for businesses navigating the complexities of commercial real estate by providing expert tenant representation and strategic real estate solutions. Driven by a passion for helping clients find the best solutions to support their growth, Bill customizes strategies that focus on each client’s unique needs and goals.

With over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, Bill has developed a proven approach to securing favorable lease terms, negotiating aggressive lease renewals, and structuring purchase transactions that align with his client’s business objectives.

Bill believes in a client-centered approach, providing valuable insight and hands-on support throughout every stage of the transaction process—from needs analysis and site selection to assistance with third-party service providers such as Architects,  Designers, Furniture Dealers and Relocation Coordination. Outside of the office, Bill enjoys spending time with family and friends, travel, and has a passion for community involvement. An avid baseball fan, when Bill isn’t watching the Dodgers he’s playing in an adult wood-bat baseball league. He’s also a true “foodie” who enjoys cooking and finding new restaurants throughout Southern California
